Well I can’t believe that September is almost over! the leaves have changed and are starting to fall… A beautiful season and a beautiful time in our lives. We had quite a memorable month. The month started off with our big, little girl Leilani going to her first day of Kindergarten! I was so excited and emotional that I could barely take a picture! I am so proud of her and excited for the beginning of the thrilling, long road ahead. .jpg "IMG_1710_dipw")
Next we celebrated with friends, mojitos and a crackling firepit to bring in Maros’ 36th year!! A beautiful evening for a wonderful person whom I love very dearly! I love you moj mili Maros! (sorry not so good at my Slovak spelling 🙂 .jpg "IMG_4880w")
A huge milestone that I hope to have someday was my parents 40 years of marriage!!! wow, what a feat. It is especially precious as it was a year ago this month that my dad was diagnosed with cancer. Now one year later we rejoice with thanksgiving that he is completely recovered, and traveling the world once again!! .jpg "IMG_1236p")
Small and precious – our dear little Julietitta started to walk! We are sooooo excited for her, as she is a little on the late side… being 15 months old. But none the less it is extremely wonderful to see those little feet take their first steps all alone. But as our last child… it almost makes me tear up to know that is the last little steps of mine that I will see. Wishing for them to grow up yet longing for the joyous baby days to stay.
