I was having tea time with my middle daughter – enjoying yummy biscotti and Earl Gray tea – when I get a call on my cell from Bryan – my fellow foto-ninja – “Do you have your camera ready and handy? – There is a aircraft formation over Calgary” – I say of course! – I scramble into action and 33 seconds later my 70-200mm IS f2.8 is mounted on the 5Dmk2 body and I found myself on the front porch of the house in T-shirt at – 20C shooting away – so here are some images – if anyone has idea, theory or knows what they are leave a comment.
