A beautiful intimate Calgary wedding at the Alloy restaurant in May.
The rain poured, but that didn’t dampen the festivities for Jim and Karen. The day started with getting ready as Karen put on her elegant gown, and clutched her beautiful rose bouquet. Their home was awesome for the getting ready photos, modern and clean. Just before heading out to the limo the skies opened up and it poured! With the help of the limo chauffeur, we made it to the Alloy more or less dry! The ceremony was perfect as Reverend Nadine let the nuptials, and some beautiful songs were sung and played.
After the ceremony, there were cocktails and hors d’oeuvres that whetted our appetites. The alloy staff and food was second to none! I truly enjoyed capturing some intimate moments between great grand dad and great grand daughter, the uncle that was really 103! It was a very special day, and blessed by rain and a perfect gathering of family and loved ones. Congrats Jim and Karen!
