Hi!! This is Nancy, I am here to give you a little insight about my sweetie Maros!
As I know you are all wondering, the correct way to pronounce his name is “Ma-rosh”. Roll that ‘rrr’ if you can! He is the core of Hanafoto, my better half, and wonderful father to our three precious girls. He loves photography, and is always pushing to be better, always learning. His favorite right now is the “flash flavour” – darkening the ambient lighting and adding off camera flash to get some awesome dramatic lighting results. He does most of the single photographer shoots and family sessions. But best of all – together we make up the dynamic Hanafoto Wedding Team!
Maros knows 5 languages, English, Slovak, Czech, German, Spanish (mostly) – along with getting by in Russian and Polish and Croatian!! We both love travelling very much and all those languages sure come in handy! He is an athletic guy, great at snowboarding, squash and swimming. He’s a super cook, (I wish he could do it more often) and is the speediest cleaner upper ever!
Maros likes: His family, space stuff (you know, shuttles, moon, stars…) airplanes, wine, tequila, chocolate (oh I should have put that first 😀 ), travelling, conspiracies and techy stuff – he’s a self taught IT guy. He likes radio paradise and its down tempo music.
Does not like: cranky kids, long Calgary winters.
